The gas-liquid separator can separate the flow of onshore and offshore oil wells, gas and water. Container size depends on process requirements. YQ series separator is a special equipment for replacing drilling mud for gas infiltration, developed by Penghui. The gas-liquid separator mainly removes large bubbles, containing more than, than φ3 to φ25mm. These gases cause a large deviation in the specific gravity and viscosity of the drilling fluid, which cannot meet the demand for drilling. If the gas penetration is serious, it can cause a spike or even an accident.

• Drains solution and liquid from the bottom of the gas-liquid separator, regulates the operating level of the liquid and ensures a certain level in the dispensing device. Thus, The solid phase does not accumulate in the separator.
• Separates and discharges a large amount of free gas in the mud system, including toxic gases, such as hydrogen sulfide.
• There is a special pipe in the separator, which can quickly remove the gas and improve the processing efficiency.
• The separated gas is discharged into the safety zone of the well site through the discharge pipe, to be burned.
• Gas-liquid separation technology integrates centrifugal separation with physical shock separation and vacuum separation to ensure separation efficiency.
• A shock absorber is installed on the elbow for fluid supply, coated with an anti-corrosion separating layer, To extend service life when handling corrosive gases.
